She Carries It All—But She Shouldn’t Have To

The wrong man will admire your independence—
not out of reverence, but relief.
He’ll see your strength as an excuse to stand still,
watching you shoulder the weight of your world:
your career, your healing, your joy, your grief.

He’ll whisper, “You’ve got this,”
as you quietly crumble under the pressure of always having it.
He won’t notice the silent tears behind your steady stride.
He’ll mistake your resilience for invincibility—
and you’ll begin to do life alone,
while standing beside someone
who is merely there, not truly with you.

She smiles with grace while aching inside,
A fortress built from pain and pride.
But even towers tall and grand
Will crack without a helping hand.

But the right man?

Oh, he sees you.
He knows your power—but he won’t let you bear it all alone.
Not because he doubts your strength,
but because he deeply honors it.

A true man won’t sit back and watch you burn out.
He steps forward—he steps in.
He walks with you,
builds beside you,
rises with you.

He understands:
Leadership isn’t domination—it’s devotion.
It’s emotional presence.
It’s mental steadiness.
It’s spiritual covering.
It’s physical protection.

He is not thunder loud and proud,
But steady rain that calms the clouds.
Not the fire that scorches ground,
But the hearth where peace is found.

A real man creates rhythm and refuge—
a space where your nervous system can finally exhale.
Where you no longer need to beg to be seen,
or exhaust yourself just to feel safe.

He is consistent.
Not just when it’s easy—but especially when it’s hard.
Because true consistency is love in action,
and that’s how a woman relaxes into her softness.

She blooms when waters run secure,
When roots are deep, and love is pure.
Not in gardens left untended,
But in hands that hold and mended.

In divine partnership,
strength isn’t in what you endure alone—
it’s in what you create together.
It’s not about being needed.
It’s about being there.

Even a powerful woman needs protection.
She needs rest.
She needs love that holds, not hinders.
She deserves to be poured into,
not just praised from afar.

She shouldn’t have to ask for presence.
She shouldn’t feel like she’s too much
for wanting a love that leads,
not with ego—but with honor.

Let him be the calm to her storm,
The arms that hold when nights are worn.
Not a bystander to her flame,
But the keeper of her sacred name.

Bedtime Prayer: Letting Go and Letting God

Heavenly Father,
As I lay down to rest, I release the weight of this day.
The worries, the fears, the unanswered questions—
I place them gently into Your hands.

You are my refuge and my strength,
A present help even when my heart is overwhelmed.
Teach me to trust You more,
To surrender what I cannot control,
And to find peace in Your perfect will.

Calm my thoughts, Lord, and quiet my soul.
Remind me that You are working even when I cannot see.
Tonight, I choose to let go…
And let You be God.

Thank You for Your love that never fails,
And for the promise that You hold tomorrow.
In Jesus’ name, I rest. Amen.

Verse:
“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.”

I don’t believe that I deserve better.

I feel like it’s too much to ask. But I have to hold on to faith that God has planned a future for me. A plan to prosper. And not a plan to ruin me. I will try to believe with this little faith.

I don’t believe I am meant for something great.

I made a lot of mistakes in the past. I have been betrayed, fooled, lied to, played out, and disrespected. But I tried to forgave and held on for change. But the change never happened. Things got worst with every turn, I lost hope. Now I don’t know if there is any greatness that I belong to.

I don’t believe in pure love.

I think love can never be unconditional. I think love should always be a give and take. You cannot love and never ask anything in return. But that’s selfish. I learned that love is not meant to be that way. Love is sacrifice. Love is giving. Love is not selfish. Love is losing.

I lost. But I need to gain faith. I need to believe.

I can’t see it yet, but I will try… I will try to believe once again.

But He said to them, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm. ~ Matthew 8:26

Greener Pastures

CALEB REQUESTS HIS LAND

A delegation from the tribe of Judah, led by Caleb son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite, came to Joshua at Gilgal. Caleb said to Joshua, “Remember what the  lord  said to Moses, the man of God, about you and me when we were at Kadesh-barnea.  I was forty years old when Moses, the servant of the  lord , sent me from Kadesh-barnea to explore the land of Canaan. I returned and gave an honest report,  but my brothers who went with me frightened the people from entering the Promised Land. For my part, I wholeheartedly followed the  lord  my God.  So that day Moses solemnly promised me, ‘The land of Canaan on which you were just walking will be your grant of land and that of your descendants forever, because you wholeheartedly followed the  lord  my God.’ “Now, as you can see, the  lord  has kept me alive and well as he promised for all these forty-five years since Moses made this promise—even while Israel wandered in the wilderness. Today I am eighty-five years old.  I am as strong now as I was when Moses sent me on that journey, and I can still travel and fight as well as I could then.  So give me the hill country that the  lord  promised me. You will remember that as scouts we found the descendants of Anak living there in great, walled towns. But if the  lord  is with me, I will drive them out of the land, just as the  lord  said.” So Joshua blessed Caleb son of Jephunneh and gave Hebron to him as his portion of land. (Joshua 14:6-13)

Caleb took the promise and he fought to claim it. He remembered the promise given to him by God and from then on he held on to that promise. After 45 years, he came back to Joshua claiming for his promise to be fulfilled.

He was the perfect example of faith and patience. He held on to his promise as faithful as he was in the beginning; when he saw that fulfillment of God's promise before hand. He went on to spy over God's promised land and returned with faith. He saw the land through faith, not through fear. And God blessed Him.

After 45 years, the promise was given. But it was not given easily, Caleb fought for it. He held on, he had faith and he fought for the promise.

THE LORD GAVE CALEB HIS LAND

The  lord  commanded Joshua to assign some of Judah’s territory to Caleb son of Jephunneh. So Caleb was given the town of Kiriath-arba (that is, Hebron), which had been named after Anak’s ancestor.  Caleb drove out the three groups of Anakites—the descendants of Sheshai, Ahiman, and Talmai, the sons of Anak. From there he went to fight against the people living in the town of Debir (formerly called Kiriath-sepher). (Joshua 15:13-15)

The Lord gave him the land through victory.
If he did not fought for the land, if he never had faith on God's promise, he would not have victory... He would not have claimed his land.

PROMISE

God's promises are fulfilled to those who have faith, to those who have no fear and are willing to fight for their promise.

COMMAND

  1. Have faith like Caleb. See every promise in FAITH. Never doubt.
  2. Do not fear. Do not let fear hinder you from claiming your promise. Be bold. Be courageous. Never be afraid.
  3. Be willing to fight. Fighting does not mean it has to be physical, it can be spiritual. Be in the battle when you pray. Be in the battle when you worship.
  4. Fight to win. Be victorious. God will not give us a promise that He will not fulfill, if we fight for the promise, He will fight before us.

This is what the LORD says to you: 'Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God's. (2 Chronicles 20:15)

WARNING

If we do not fight for our promise, it will never be fulfilled.

APPLICATION

Do not be afraid, do not be discouraged. The promise will come to those who are faithful and patient... To those who are willing to fight for it.

Turn Curse into Blessing
Act 28:4-6  The people of the island saw it hanging there and said to each other, "A murderer, no doubt! Though he escaped the sea, justice will not permit him to live." But Paul shook off the snake into the fire and was unharmed. The people waited for him to swell up or suddenly drop dead. But when they had waited a long time and saw no harm come to him, they changed their minds and decided he was a god.

When you are honoring God, he will keep you from harm. Many may think you are undergoing such curse, but curses are God's way of making his glory known. CURSE turned into a BLESSING.
The unexpected are always God's way of telling us that ALL IS POSSIBLE to Him. He is the God of all possibilities. Nothing is impossible to Him.

Act 28:7-10  Near the shore where we landed was an estate belonging to Publius, the chief official of the island. He welcomed us courteously and fed us for three days. As it happened, Publius's father was ill with fever and dysentery. Paul went in and prayed for him, and laying his hands on him, he healed him. Then all the other sick people on the island came and were cured. As a result we were showered with honors, and when the time came to sail, people put on board all sorts of things we would need for the trip.

God takes us to places where we can be a blessing. We are sent to places where we can show God's healing power. It may be physical healing, emotional or spiritual.
And many people will honor you, because you are doing God's purpose.

Act 28:26-27  'Go and say to my people, You will hear my words, but you will not understand; you will see what I do, but you will not perceive its meaning. For the hearts of these people are hardened, and their ears cannot hear, and they have closed their eyes- so their eyes cannot see, and their ears cannot hear, and their hearts cannot understand, and they cannot turn to me and let me heal them.'

Many will hear but will not understand.. And when they do not understand, it will be difficult for them to believe. Many will have hard hearts and deaf ears. They cannot turn to Jesus, thus He cannot heal them.

Act 28:30-31  For the next two years, Paul lived in his own rented house. He welcomed all who visited him, proclaiming the Kingdom of God with all boldness and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ. And no one tried to stop him.

When you press on what you are called to do… NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO STOP YOU. No one will ever try.

PROMISE

1. When God is with you, he will protect you.
2. God will turn curses into blessings.
3. There is honor when you honor God.
4. We are brought to places not "just because" but he sent us for a purpose. There is always a purpose for everything.
5. When we turn to Jesus, we are being healed.
6. When you do things of God, no one can ever stop you.

COMMAND

1. Always hold on to God. Trust Him always and he will protect you and keep you from harm. Things may be difficult, but he will take you through.
2. Trust that he takes curses and turns it into blessings. :) He always make the impossible HAPPEN. Not because so we can brag about ourselves, but so we could brag about God.

WARNING

When you do not turn to Jesus, you cannot be healed. He cannot do miracles in your life. Why? Because you do not understand.. And you do not believe.

APPLICATION

1. Honor God NO MATTER WHAT.
2. Continue healing and sharing God's word, NO MATTER WHAT.
3. Do not let anything to stop me from doing my purpose.

Perseverance In Winning

Act 26:28-29  Agrippa interrupted him. "Do you think you can make me a Christian so quickly?" Paul replied, "Whether quickly or not, I pray to God that both you and everyone here in this audience might become the same as I am, except for these chains."

Wherever Paul went, he was there to testify. Not for himself, not JUST to defend his cause and himself from the accusations of all the others… he was there to testify ABOUT JESUS.

His encounter was so real that he can't stop talking about Jesus and telling everyone about his personal encounter with him. He was always on the WINNING MODE. He wants to convince everyone that JESUS is real. That what he experienced were true and that everybody can benefit from it.

Paul even faced kings and rulers. And he shared the same thing. HE WAS PERSISTENT. HE WAS CRAZY FOR JESUS.

PROMISE

God gives us opportunity to face kings and rulers in our time today, not just for the sake of meeting them… but for the sake of really sharing Jesus. We are where we are for a purpose.

Proverbs 22:29
A man chosen by God will serve before Kings and not just ordinary men.

COMMAND

1. Wherever you are, you are called to TESTIFY about JESUS.
2. Always be reminded of your encounter with Him, and have that as your weapon towards opposition.
3. Be crazy for Jesus.

WARNING

It will not be easy, it will always be challenging. Facing kings are not easy, but they are worth it. Without persistence, perseverance, you can never stand such calling.

APPLICATION

We are called to face before KINGS and RULERS. We are to testify before BIG men and women in the industry. We are called for the professionals and the great men and women of our time. Many people may reject us, but we must persist. Persevere in sharing God, in sharing JESUS.

Act 19:32  Inside, the people were all shouting, some one thing and some another. Everything was in confusion. In fact, most of them didn't even know why they were there.

The Ephesians had their own God, Artemis. But when Jesus was introduced to them, some believed but some kept their faith. Why? Because of practicality. Not because they really understood what Jesus really did, but because they will lose their BUSINESS. They were SELFISH. And with this, two gods led people to confusion.

SELFISHNESS => Too many gods => Confusion => RIOT

When we are selfish, we create another god. It can be any of the following: ourselves, money, talent, career, others. And when we create another god, we also create confusion not just to the people around us, but to ourselves. And confusion is not from God. Our God will never cause confusion. He is the God who makes everything clear. He is the God that is SURE.

When we are sure of who our God is, everything else will be clear.

PROMISE

Jesus is the God of clarity. He brings clarity to everything; and when we allow Him to be our ONLY ONE TRUE GOD, everything else will be clear for us as well.

COMMAND

  1. Say NO to selfishness. Life was not given to revolve around YOU. It is not about YOU all the time. Don't make a god out of yourself.
  2. Don't have OTHER GODS. Don't put anything else or anyone else above God. Don't form any other God that Himself.
  3. Don't allow confusion in your life. Be set free! Have clarity in everything you do, in every intention.

WARNING

Being selfish is creating another god, and this will cause confusion in your life. You would not know who to follow and what you really should be doing. When there is confusion, something is wrong.

APPLICATION

  1. Say NO to selfishness. Do not be selfish and desire more of God's will than yours.
  2. Do not make too many gods out of my desires, money, career, friends, relationships, human love. Nothing else will be greater than God and His love.
  3. Do not lead anyone to confusion, be clear everything out in my life. SAY NO TO CONFUSION.
